You can send a question, comment, or other issue to Hilton's customer care team by filling out and submitting the online "Contact Us" form.
At the bottom of that page, you can click "Chat Now!" to message with Hilton's virtual assistant for help with common issues.
If you're a member of Hilton's loyalty program, Hilton Honors, you can get answers to many questions or contact customer care by going to the "Help" tab on the Hilton Honors mobile app. Joining the program and downloading the app are both free.
